Meet Our Staff

Glenn Coulson

Lecturer - Food Studies

Glenn’s main role at Duchy College is to teach on the Food Studies programmes (including the foundation degree), he also works as laboratory support for other courses and is a consultant for the College’s Food Innovation Service (FIS). Glenn graduated with a Microbiology & Virology degree and began a career in food analysis with a Campden BRI accredited food testing laboratory.
