On this course you will develop your knowledge and skills in working with chocolate and sugar. You will being with understanding how to temper chocolate and discover the various types of chocolate available including pralines and petit fours, before moving onto working with sugar and chocolate to learn various techniques to produce simple creations.
You will then progress to create your own centre showpiece, including a selection of chocolates and petit fours.
