Develop your knowledge and skill set in preparing and cooking various modern desserts. Explore the technical side of cooking, using lots of ingredients in different ways. You will also experiment with enhancing your desserts incorporating the use of molecular cookery including; foams, airs and spherification.
As we progress you will also experience different aspects of patisserie work and develop your knowledge of using chocolate and sugar skills to complement these tasty treats.
