How To Use A Chainsaw

This course is an introduction to using a chainsaw and health and safety requirements. This course is aimed at domestic users who will be trained in health and safety, PPE requirements, chainsaw safety checks and basic cross cutting at ground level. You will be taught by our trainer who delivers our NPTC CS30 courses. The course isn’t accredited so cannot be used for paid or voluntary work. Introduction to Weaving Workshop

This workshop is a basic introduction to the art of weaving. It will take you through the basic weaving techniques needed to produce a simple wall hanging, and in the process introduce you to some of the terms used in weaving. There will be a small charge for materials, max £5 made on the day, but please feel free to bring along any small amounts of yarn that you feel you might want to use. This workshop is now full.
