This is a 5 day course available to those who are working in, or preparing to work in food manufacturing or the food supply chain in a management role. It has been designed to assess aspects of food safety across the food supply chain industry.

Cost: £450 (in house cost £3000 for up to 6 participants plus £22.50 for each extra candidate up to a maximum of 10).
