CULTIVATOR

Cultivator is led by Creative Skills and provides creative business support for creative businesses.

Cornwall College’s activity is focused on support for graduates wishing to start their own creative business. The activity will build on the successful supported studio space model developed at Krowji and will look to offer similar support in other studio space across the County. The Project Start-Up Support Manager will work with graduate start-ups to identify appropriate studio space. The project will provide bespoke packages of support to include mentoring/coaching and will develop and co-ordinate a peer-to-peer network across the grad start-ups to ensure that they are provided with similar support mechanisms to those available through the Krowji model.

The Start-up Support Manager will be managed through the Unlocking Innovation Potential project to ensure join up and complementarity with both the UIP project and the Oxford Innovation Business Start Up Programme.
