Based at St Austell, we are looking for an experienced individual to run our level 1 provision to candidates aged 16 – 18 on a study programme. As their personal tutor, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of the City and Guilds Level 1 Diploma in Plumbing Studies. This will involve theory preparation and delivery, marking of assignments and paper based exams, along with practical training and assessment of learners completed work.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for tracking your learners progress in all elements including English and Maths, setting and marking directed study assignments, producing termly reports for parents / guardians and assisting with recruitment activities for the next academic year.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years experience in the plumbing industry and be qualified preferably to Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. They should hold, or be keen to complete an Assessors Award and appropriate teaching qualification.
