Based at our Camborne campus, we are looking for an experienced individual who will lead and manage staff within the Health Hub, deliver training and learning, be responsible for quality and standards improvement, learner experience, curriculum innovation and development, recruitment and employer engagement. The Operations Manager will have proven people skills, experience of working within the adult Social Care and Health sector and experience and the ability to work with a range of employers.
Applicants must be a trained and experienced Social Care or Health professional with leadership and management skills. The ability to work on your own initiative as well as lead and manage a team is crucial.
