Whether you are a coeliac or just prefer to live a gluten free lifestyle, we’ll prove to you that you can cook gluten free food that is easy to make and nutritious.
We will cover a variety of different cookery techniques from pasta making, to bread making and a Italian boiled orange cake.
Please note that whilst most ingredients we use are gluten free, a few ingredients may contain traces of gluten and we are not a gluten free kitchen so this workshop may not be suitable for people with severe coeliac disease.
You will be required to purchase ingredients for this workshop so we will write to you approximately one week before the start of the course to let you know what you need to bring with you.
Please also bring a notebook, pen, pencil, apron and something to take your cooking home in.
