A fun evening on how to produce sushi and sashimi. You will leave with a set of new skills that will impress your family and friends.
You will produce sticky rice, mirin dipping sauce and hand rolled filled sushi.
You will be required to purchase ingredients for this workshop so we will write to you approximately one week before the workshop to let you know what you need to bring with you. Please also bring a notebook, pen, pencil, apron and something to take your cooking home in.
