Students in Cornwall and those looking to return to education are being urged to explore the industry-standard facilities and wide range of courses at Cornwall College St Austell.
The College is opening its doors to prospective students on Tuesday 17th October between 5pm and 7.30pm, where everyone is welcome to explore the campus and ask questions about their career options.
Friendly and knowledgeable advisors will be on hand on the day to offer insights on all aspects of college life including courses, study programmes, transport, and learning support, according to Head of College, Chris Taylor.
“Our last academic year was incredible for our students, many of which; produced fabulous artwork, performed in music, dance and theatre shows, fundraised for local charities, won awards at national competitions,” he explained.
“There were so many amazing accomplishments I wouldn’t be able to list them all, but the talent and professionalism was outstanding, resulting in many of our students going on to top universities or going straight into their desired career – we’re looking forward to an equally successful year.”
The St Austell Campus boasts industry-standard training facilities including hair and beauty salons, a state-of-the-art training kitchen, a construction skills training centre and a dedicated A-Level Centre, which means students are provided with all the experiences and skills necessary for excelling in their future careers.
