For learners working in the construction industry operating plant and equipment. Covering excavators, telehandlers, dumpers and compaction, the Level 2 Apprenticeship in Plant Operations (Construction) enables you to demonstrate and recognise your skills, knowledge and understanding; and to demonstrate your competence in a real workplace environment.
You will work towards an End Point Assessment to achieve a range of core knowledge, skills and behaviours as shown in the standard. You will be guided by an occupationally-competent and qualified assessor whose job is to work with you and help you complete your apprenticeship.

Specialised Plant and Machinery Operations - Construction

For learners working in the construction industry who want to change their red CPCS card to blue. Covering forklift trucks, telehandlers, transporting loads, and compacting. The Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Plant Operations (Construction) qualification has been developed for achievement in a real workplace environment. This qualification enables you to demonstrate, and recognises, your skills, knowledge, understanding and overall competence in a real workplace environment, so that you can work in Plant Operations within the construction industry.
You will be assessed against a set of performance and knowledge statements which have been derived from National Occupational Standards for youremployment area, by an occupationally competent and qualified assessor whose job is to work with you and help you complete your qualification.
